- I have designed and used teaching programs that meet assessment and reporting requirements. (Used refers to day to day implementation of teaching and learning programs) 
- 
I have encouraged colleagues’ use of digital learning resources to accelerate the learning of core concepts in the learning area/s. (Encouraging refers to actively providing support to others to increase likelihood they will achieve a particular outcome. E.g. to improve ICT skills, providing recommendations for PL to improve skills)

I have guided others within the school in how to use ICT as part of effective teaching strategies to expand learning opportunities for students (Guided refers to showing others an appropriate method, through instruction or demonstration. E.g. providing coaching to help a colleague to take an action)
