There are six roles:

“Rounds are an enquiry process. People doing rounds should expect to learn something themselves. In supervision and evaluation, only the person being observed is expected to learn. I think of this as the difference between looking through a window (supervision and evaluation) and holding up a mirror (rounds)”.
