Goals:
To develop an understanding of the theory behind Instructional Rounds
To explore the stages of Instructional Rounds and how it can be implemented as a professional learning and school improvement strategy
To practice the skills required to engage effectively in Instructional Rounds
To prepare for starting Instructional Rounds by developing a 'Problem of Practice' and establishing teams and structures necessary
