Lesson Study Plan
Casual release will be provided to support a stage team of teachers to work together with a member of the executive to:
1. Plan a mathematics lesson with a focus on embedding formative assessment strategies
2. A team member will then teach the lesson
3. The team will meet to refine the lesson
4. Another team member will then teach the modified lesson
5. The process will then repeated with a follow up lesson
The initial team will share their learning about the process with the whole school and then a new team will implement the approach. We will work our way across the school from K-6.
